Digital wedding invitations on WhatsApp, with one-tap RSVPs

Everlly sends digital wedding invitations by WhatsApp or email, in Hebrew or English, chosen per guest. Guests reply with one tap, or open your wedding website to read the details and RSVP, with no app or account. Every answer updates your guest list and seating. Start from a template, or from your own printed invitation, and Everlly builds the website around it.

Best for

  • Couples who want a digital invitation instead of, or alongside, printed ones
  • Weddings with guests in Israel and abroad, in Hebrew and English
  • Couples who want every answer to land in the guest list without copying it by hand

Not the right fit

  • Couples who want to send from their own personal WhatsApp number: Everlly sends from its business number
  • Couples who only want a designed image to share themselves: Everlly's invitations are built around RSVPs

From design to answers

  1. 1

    Choose the look

Pick one of Everlly's wedding website templates, or start from your own printed invitation, and Everlly personalizes the colors and details.

  2. 2

    Add your guests

Add guests by hand or import an Excel or CSV file. Israeli numbers default to Hebrew and other countries to English, and you can change any guest.

  3. 3

    Send

Send by WhatsApp or email from Everlly. US and Canadian numbers get email, because Everlly's WhatsApp sender can't reach them. The Everlly team reviews each send before it reaches your guests.

  4. 4

    Guests answer in one tap

In WhatsApp, guests tap a reply button and Everlly asks how many are coming. On the wedding website, they answer with their personal RSVP link.

  5. 5

    Everything stays in sync

Answers and head counts update your guest list, and the guests who said yes flow into seating.

What it costs

Invitations can't be sent during the 7-day free trial. They're included in Basic ($19.99/month) and Pro ($49.90/month), with one-time WhatsApp credits and a monthly email allowance. If you only need invitations and RSVPs, the RSVP package is a one-time $59.99 and includes the wedding website, 700 WhatsApp messages and 700 emails. Prices and limits can change; the current ones are shown before you buy.

Good to know

  • Guests receive messages from Everlly's WhatsApp business number, not from your own phone.
  • Sending needs a paid plan or the RSVP package; each send is reviewed by the Everlly team first.
  • Replies Everlly can't match with certainty, such as free text without a button, are shown to you and don't change an RSVP on their own.
