Everlly collects RSVPs for weddings in Israel, where most guests answer on WhatsApp and many couples have family abroad. Each guest is written to in their own language — Hebrew for Israeli numbers, English for other countries — and you can change any guest. Guests reply with one tap, and US and Canadian numbers automatically get email instead of WhatsApp.

Each invitation and reminder has a message per language. You also decide what happens to a guest whose language has no message: use the other language or skip them.

Israeli and most international numbers get WhatsApp. US and Canadian numbers get email, because Everlly's WhatsApp sender can't reach them. The Everlly team reviews each send before it goes out.

The AI calling agent (beta)
Some guests never answer a message. Everlly's AI calling agent phones the guests who haven't replied and has a short, natural conversation with them in Hebrew or English, in the guest's own language.
- It says who is inviting them and to which wedding.
- It asks whether they're coming, and if they are, how many people.
- It repeats the number back to confirm, then updates your guest list.
- If the answer isn't clear, nothing is recorded, so your numbers stay reliable.
- It only calls during daytime in the guest's own time zone, including guests abroad.
- A guest who asks not to be called again is never called again.
One guest list for every language and country
Everything lands in the same guest list: WhatsApp replies, email and website RSVPs, and answers from calls. You see who's coming and how many, wherever they live, and confirmed guests flow straight into seating.
